How much do your coaching services cost?

We offer three coaching tiers to suit different needs and levels of coach involvement:

Foundation — £89/month. A personalised 12-week programme, full app access, weekly check-in with coach response within 48 hours, and one programme review per month. Suited to experienced, self-motivated clients who want structure and accountability with lighter coach contact.
Coached — £139/month. The core Traintuitive experience. Everything in Foundation, plus fortnightly programme updates, direct message access with response within 24 hours, a monthly video or voice check-in, and a physio movement screen at onboarding.
Full Programme — £189/month. The most complete version of what Traintuitive offers. Everything in Coached, plus weekly video or voice check-ins, same-day coach responses, weekly programme adjustments, and a quarterly progress review and metrics summary.

What makes your coaching approach different?

We focus on building a sustainable, healthy relationship with training and nutrition. Rather than prescribing rigid plans, we help you develop the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions that work for your lifestyle. You'll learn to train intuitively, trust yourself, and achieve results without excessive structure or comparison to others.

How long does shipping take?

Most items are made-to-order and ship within 2-7 business days after production. UK orders arrive in 2-8 business days, international orders take 10-30 business days. You'll receive tracking information once shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom, made-to-order production, we don't accept returns for size or colour preferences. We offer free replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted items reported within 30 days of delivery (45 days internationally). See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
