Your On-Boarding Journey
Welcome to Traintuitive. Below outlines the steps you can expect when joining one of our coaching programmes.
Complete the Traintuitive Coaching Form
Begin by completing our Coaching Enquiry Form, which allows us to understand which of our coaching services best suits your needs and goals.
Initial Consultation
One of our coaches will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to arrange a complimentary initial consultation. During this call, we will confirm your coaching requirements and ensure our services are the right fit for you.
Setting Up Your Profile
If we are the right fit, your coach will set up your personal profile on the Traintuitive Coaching App and provide you with your start date and any recommended pre-reading. From the outset, your coach will encourage open communication — ask questions, seek clarification, and raise anything you are unsure about. We also strongly encourage you to review your weekly plan at the beginning of each week so you know what to expect, can ensure you are confident with all exercises, and can flag any adjustments needed due to life commitments, stress, fatigue, or other factors. This proactive approach is essential to getting the most from your programme.
Your Coaching Journey
Weekly Check-In & Habit Tracking
At the end of each week, you will be asked to complete your check-in within the app. This includes logging your daily habits — such as sleep quality, hydration, nutrition, and stress management — as well as your weekly check-in, which covers energy levels, sessions completed, and overall training performance. This information is essential. It allows your coach to monitor your progress closely, understand how you are responding to your programme, and take any necessary action promptly.
The Half Way Point
Upon completing Week 6, your coach will arrange a dedicated call with you to check in directly. This is an important milestone in your programme — an opportunity to reflect on your progress, discuss what is working well, and identify anything your coach can do to further enhance your experience. Your coach will ensure you are getting the very most out of your programme and that you feel fully supported heading into the second half.
Approaching the End of Your Programme
As you near the end of your 12-week programme, your coach will speak with you to review your journey and discuss next steps. During this conversation, you will have the opportunity to confirm whether you would like to continue with our services. Whatever you decide, your coach will be on hand to guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition — whether that means continuing, adjusting your programme, or concluding your coaching relationship.
