At Traintuitive, we work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products. Please review our return and refund policies below.

Traintuitive Merchandise Items

Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or wrong colour choices. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, we do offer free replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted custom items under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (45 days for international orders)
  • Photo Evidence Required: You must provide photographic proof of the damage, defect, or error
  • Contact Us: Submit your issue through our contact form with clear photos showing the problem
  • No Return Necessary: In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item

Wrong Address or Lost in Transit

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We can arrange a reprint and reshipping at an additional cost, or
  • Issue a partial refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at lew@traintuitive.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return or report
  3. Clear photos (if reporting damage or defects)
  4. A description of the issue
