All plans are tailored specifically to your goals, experience, and schedule.

Here are some details around what we offer:

Strength & Conditioning

  • Calisthenics — Progressive bodyweight-based training to build functional strength and body control.
  • Kettlebell Strength — Power, stability, and muscular endurance training through kettlebell strength-based programming.

Strength and conditioning plans typically consist of 4 sessions per week to allow for repair, recovery and growth of muscle tissues and fibres. 

Endurance

  • Road Running — Structured plans to improve your pace and aerobic fitness, and to prepare you for races the right way. 
  • Triathlon — Multi-discipline coaching across swimming, cycling, and running. *Note - clients must have access to either a static or road bike, and must have some background in swimming.*
  • Trail & Running — Coaching runners from short trail to ultra-distances.

Endurance plans can range from 4 to 6 and in some cases 7 sessions per week, depending on your experience and skill level.

Hybrid Training

    • A combined programme, such as Calisthenics & Running - for clients looking to improve in both strength and endurance at the same time.

What's Included

All clients receive access to the Traintuitive Programme Hub — the central space for everything related to client training. Through the hub you'll find:

  • Your personalised training plan and weekly schedule
  • Personal notes for both you and your coach to make
  • Optional extra workouts
  • A workout gallery
  • Evening stretching and mobility routines

Your coach will also communicate with you regularly via WhatsApp, keeping you supported and on track throughout your programme.

Pricing

Plans start from £150/month. Pricing is tailored to your individual needs — clients committing to longer durations (such as 12 months) may be eligible for discounted fees. Your coach will discuss your requirements and agree a fair price with you before anything is confirmed.

Free Traintuitive Merchanise

All clients will receive a free traintuitive T-shirt of their choice, available via the Traintuitive website.

Add-Ons

Diet Plans

Personalised nutrition plans are available as an add-on to any coaching programme. Pricing depends on the complexity and frequency of support required, and will be agreed with your coach.

1-1 In-Person Coaching

Available for Strength & Conditioning plans only. Pricing is discussed on an individual basis. *Manchester-based clients only.*
